NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 17, 2026, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale Date entered August 5, 2026, in this action, and pursuant to Administrative Order No. 3-15.16, that Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, as Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property described below to the highest and best bidder for cash.
