YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for money damages, subordination of a first lien and imposition and foreclosure of a statutory landlord’s lien upon a mobile home described as that certain 1980 IMPE mobile home in Bay Indies mobile home park located at 938 Kenoma Avenue, Lot No. 0381, Venice, Florida 34285, and bearing Vehicle Identification Numbers 315806A and 315806B, has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Stanley L. Martin, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 4300 W. Cypress Street, Suite 400, Tampa, Florida 33607 within 30 days of the first publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
