NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2026 entered in Case No. 25CA003135 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, I will sell to the highest bidder beginning at 9:00 a.m. on September 3, 2026, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit #541, Venice Isle, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 2925, Page 2868 through 2926, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. Together with the mobile home located thereon. Parcel ID #0427011541
a/k/a 505 Cervina Drive South, Venice, FL 34285.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AMOUNTS AS UNCLAIMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 45.031.
