NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 30, 2026, issued in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in Case No. 2025 CA 006471 NC, wherein CIVIC FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff, and CONSIGLIERE WEALTH MANAGEMENT, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION A/K/A CONSIGLIERE WEALTH MANAGEMENT INC. are the Defendants.
