NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 10, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2025CA003924CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein DATA MORTGAGE INC., DBA ESSEX MORTGAGE is Plaintiff and LONNETTE ALEXANDER A/K/A LONNETTE DENISE FRAZIER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LONNETTE ALEXANDER A/K/A LONNETTE DENISE FRAZIER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR ORION LENDING, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS; are defendants. NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ., the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on 10th day of September, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 129, HOLIDAY HILL UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
