NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 20, 2026, entered in Civil Case No. 2025-CA-000317 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST X-C, is Plaintiff and JESSICA RICHARDSON; CLAUDE J. ARCHER, JR., are Defendants.
