Plaintiff Bank OZK (“Bank OZK”), by counsel and pursuant to Florida Statute § 45.031 and the Final Judgment (Doc. No. 45) (the “Judgment”) and the Amended Order Granting Plaintiff’s Ex Parte Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale to Earliest Available Date (Doc. No. 57), hereby provides notice of a rescheduled foreclosure sale.
Bank OZK, an Arkansas state-charted bank licensed to do business in the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff. 6003 Harwell Estates Dr, LLC, a Florida limited liability company; Sydney Nicole Bryson, an individual; and, Premier Capital, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company, are the Defendants.
The Hillsborough County Clerk of Court & Comptroller (the “Clerk”) will sell to the highest bidder for cash at an online foreclosure sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on Tuesday September 8, 2026 at 10:00am ET or as soon as can be heard thereafter the following described property pursuant to said Judgment:
LOT 3, HARWELL ESTATES, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

commonly known as 6003 Harwell Estates Drive, Dover, Florida 33527.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens (Doc. No. 7) must file a claim before the Clerk no later than sixty (60) days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
