Request for Proposals for Habitat CDD Irrigation Pump Station Installation Work

Premier District Management on behalf of the Habitat Community Development District is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide and install irrigation pump stations and remove current stations. The District is a local unit of special–purpose government created under Chapter 190, Florida Statues, for the purpose of financing, constructing, and maintaining public infrastructure. The District is in the Village of Estero, in Lee County and has 5 pump stations that provide irrigation to the Bella Terra community.

Proposal packages, which include evaluation criteria and instructions to proposers are available from the District’s Management Company at the address and telephone number listed below.

Sealed, printed proposal packets must be received by 12:00 p.m., Friday, September 11, 2026 in the office of the District Manager at the address listed below. The envelope must be marked “RFP# HAB-2026-01 Irrigation Pump Station Installation Work”. Proposers may also submit their proposals via email to the District Manager at the email below. Proposals received after this deadline time, including electronically, will not be accepted.
