Notice of RFP HAB-2026-01 Opening Meeting

The Habitat Community Development District will hold a meeting on Friday, September 11, 2026 at 12:00p.m. at the offices of Premier District Management, 3820 Colonial Blvd., Suite 101, Fort Myers, FL, 33966 to open bids submitted for RFP#HAB-2026-01- Irrigation Pump Station Installation Work.

The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for Community Development Districts. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.

A copy of the Agenda for this meeting may be obtained from Premier District Management, 3820 Colonial Boulevard, Suite 101, Fort Myers, Florida, 33966, and on the District’s website at habitatcdd.com.

Each person who decides to appeal an action taken at these meetings is advised that they will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
