LOTS 36 AND 37, BLOCK 527, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 14, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE(S) 61 THROUGH 68, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
