Unit 230, of HARBOUR CAY A/K/A RIVERWALK COVE CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 956, page 63 and as amended by amendments, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements. TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
