NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Ex-Parte Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 2, Building A, MORNINGSIDE EAST III, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4919, Page 1671, as thereafter amended, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 37, Page 16, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements. With the following street address:2500 Harn Blvd., #A2 Clearwater, Florida, 33764.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 3, 2026.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
