YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for foreclosure on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 1703-C, WOODSIDE VILLAGE, a Condominium, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant to said unit, according to the Declaration of Condominium of Woodside Village, as recorded in Official Records Book 4861, Pages 1517 through 1586, inclusive, and all exhibits attached thereto, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 34, Pages 78 through 86, inclusive, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto.

A Lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff’s Attorney, whose address is 2653 McCormick Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33759, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
