U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AHL3, is Plaintiff and TOBIA SPINELLI, II; BENT TREE HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
