That legal description contained in that Special Warranty Deed recorded at Instrument# 2019286809, OR BK 20683 Pages 1591 – 1592 in the Official Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being more particularly described in the Notice of Commencement recorded as Instrument # 2021157374 BK 21531 PG 711 are incorporated herein by reference.
