NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 3, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25-004924-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, is Plaintiff and Kathleen A. Franke a/k/a Kathleen Ann Franke; Unknown Spouse of Kathleen A. Franke a/k/a Kathleen Ann Franke; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; State of Florida, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk of Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 17th day of September, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 131 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF SUTHERLAND FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA (OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART) ON MARCH 29, 1888.
Property Address: 814 Wisconsin Avenue, Palm Harbor, Florida 34683
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
