NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7, 2026, and entered in Case No. 26-002259-CO of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Doral RO Association, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and Robert A. Marsh, a/k/a Robert Allan Marsh, Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and All Other Parties Claiming An Interest By, Through Under or Against the Estate of Robert A. Marsh, Deceased, Mary M. Rodgers, individually, Sandra L. Eshbaugh, individually, Brenda L. Moore, individually, Dana L. Urey, individually, Alan K. Marsh, individually, Donna M. Lapikas, individually, and Any And All Unknown Persons In Possession are the Defendants, the Clerk of said Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on September 10, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit/Lot No. 35 of DORAL RO ASSOCIATION, INC., a cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 9037, Page 832, and that certain Memorandum of Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 12293, Page 600, as assigned by that certain Quit Claim Deed recorded in Official Records Book 16177, Page 493, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with 1972 mobile home, vehicle identification number(s) SF919AF and SF919BF, title number(s) 5449469 and 5449468, and Real Property Decal number 12113156 and 12113157, with all attachments, additions, and fixtures attached to or made a part of the mobile home.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
