The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on September 16, 2026 at 10:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 184, COVENTRY VILLAGE, PHASE II-A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 112, PAGE 88, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4913 RIDGEMOOR CIRCLE , PALM HARBOR, FL 34685 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
