NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment for Foreclosure entered on August 3, 2026, in Civil Case No. 25-006273-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein Majestic Park Homes Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Donald G. Ludtke is Defendant, the Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclosure.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 6th day of October 2026, at 10:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit #316, of MAJESTIC PARK HOMES INC., a Florida not-for- profit corporation, 8300 Seminole Blvd., Seminole, Florida 33772, Parcel ID #27-30-15-54579-000-3160, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, at Book 7714, Page 376, TOGETHER WITH the mobile home situated thereon described as a 1976 CUST mobile home with Title Nos. 7558A/B and VIN Nos.10901172/10901171.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the initiation of this action, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
