NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 6, 2026, in Case No. 2025 13403 CIDL of the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit, in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and DAVID A. DRAKE, KIRSTEN HOPE BENGTSON F/K/A KIRSTEN DRAKE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID A. DRAKE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KIRSTEN HOPE BENGTSON F/K/A KIRSTEN DRAKE, are Defendants, the Office of Laura E. Roth, Volusia County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 AM on-line at www.volusia.realforeclose.com on September 24, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 219, SOUTH WATERFRONT PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE(S) 195, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Also known as: 165 LEWIS STREET, EDGEWATER, FL 32141
together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
