NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 3, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2026-CA-001882-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff, and DAVID ALBERT WHITE JR. A/K/A DAVID A. WHITE JR.; TORRIE GAY SUGGS; WESTRIDGE PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on October 6, 2026 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 107, WESTRIDGE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 106, PAGES 98 THROUGH 103, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
