LOT 626, MALIBU GROVES, TENTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
