NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2025-CA-010319-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Luis Ernesto Arroyo Colon; Luis Manuel Arroyo a/k/a Luis Manuel Arroyo Colon; Luz Madelyn Colon; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 22nd day of September, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 419 AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 420 (LESS THE SOUTH 230 FEET AND THE EAST 20 FEET THEREOF), EAST ORLANDO ESTATES SECTION B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “X”, PAGE 122, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A 2001 NOBILITY MANUFACTURED HOME, TITLE NUMBERS N8-10061A AND N8-10061B, HUD LABLE NUMBERS FLA706727 AND FLA706728.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
