The Winter Park Housing Authority (WPHA) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified landscape contractors to provide landscape maintenance services at six (6) WPHA properties in Winter Park, Florida.
Services include mowing, edging, trimming, debris removal, pruning, weed control, fertilization, mulching, insect control, irrigation inspections, and annual tree and palm trimming, as further described in the IFB.
