Mapes a/k/a Gerald Mapes; Cynthia Mapes; Lemon Bay Isles Phase 3-4 Property Owners’ Association, Inc.; Lemon Bay Isles Property Owners Association, Inc.; Elevateopco Trust; Lakeside Club, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 7th day of October, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 88, LEMON BAY ISLES PHASE III, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 53A THROUGH G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN DOUBLE-WIDE MANUFACTURED HOME DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS 1991 MERI, 48’ LONG, VIN # FLHMBT40331613A & FLHMBT40331613B AND TITLE # 61438602 AND 61442873.
