NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2025-CA-001872-0001-01 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2007-NCW MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-NCW, Plaintiff, and CAROLYN E. GAINEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROLYN E. GAINEY; DALE D. GAINEY; ALEXANDER D. BALLARD; ALEXIS D. BALLARD; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A CLEARE GAINEY, are Defendants.
CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in, Customer Service, at the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 25th day of February, 2027, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 165 FEET OF TRACT 114, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
