K-31, Building “K’, The Fourth Bayshore Condominium (f/k/a The Fourth Bayshore Condominium, Section 27), a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 630, Page 560, together with Amendment of Merger of Condominiums Sections 22-27 as recorded in Official Records 1102, Page 602, and all subsequent amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 4, Page 44, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements.
