NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Agreed Order dated August 5, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 412025CA002616CAAXMA in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein EF MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff and ADVANCED BASEMENT PRODUCTS, INC., an Ohio Corporation; ROBERT LUKE SECREST, an Individual; SAN REMO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; KEVTAN LLC; DALE’S GENERAL CONSTRUCTION LLC are defendants, Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on September 16, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 106, SAN REMO CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 938, PAGES 550 THROUGH 569, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED WITHIN SAID DECLARATION ON PAGES 568 AND 569, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
