NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 28, 2026, and entered in Case No. 532026CA000111A000BA of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which GITSIT SOLUTIONS, LLC, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF GV TRUST 2025-1, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ALBERT B.
