NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 27, 2026, in Case No. 2025CA004315A000BA of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein AMERIHOME MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC, is Plaintiff, and GLORIBEL ZAMORA, LUIS ZAMORA and TARPON BAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 10:00 AM on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on September 25, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
