NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 28, 2026, in Case No. 532024CA002426000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and KATHERINE LAMONACO; JOSE RAFAEL ORTIZ; and HAMILTON VIEW HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 10:00 AM on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on September 29, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
