NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order on Plaintiff’s Motion to Reset Sale dated August 11, 2026 and the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 18, 2026, in Case No. 2025-CA-003272 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff and MARIA ANTONIA MARTINEZ ALONSO, POINT DIGITAL FINANCE INC., AS TRUST MANAGER OF POINT TITLING TR, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT and OVERLOOK ESTATES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 10:00 AM on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on October 12, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 68, OVERLOOK ESTATES PHASE TWO, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 82, AT PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
