Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 8/6/2026, in Case No.: 2026CA000482 of the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein TIMBER OAKS COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and ROBERT MENTZER, et al., is the Defendant. Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esquire, the Clerk of Court for Pasco County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on 9/22/2026, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 56, TIMBER OAKS, UNIT 8 according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 100 thru 103 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
