NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 4, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 2025CA001306 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST X-A, is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, LEGATEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES OR OTHER PERSONS OR ENTITIES CLAIMING BY OR THROUGH THE ESTATE OF MARIE D. MERRITT, a/k/a MARY D. MERRITT, Deceased; JUANITA AYALA; WESLEY MERRITT; DOREEN MERRITT JACKSON; COREY MERRITT; GREGORY MERRITT; CORINA MERRITT; KATRINA DAVIS; MARYANN MERRITT; KIMBERLY MERRITT; and AQUA FINANCE, INC, are Defendants.
The Clerk, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o’clock a.m. on September 15, 2026 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1492, EMBASSY HILLS UNIT TWELVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 136 AND 137 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
