NOTICE OF BOARD OF SUPERVISORS’ REGULAR MEETING
LAKE PADGETT ESTATES INDEPENDENT SPECIAL DISTRICT

The Board of Supervisors of Lake Padgett Independent Special District will hold its regular monthly meeting on Wednesday, September 16, at 6:30 p.m. at the Lake Padgett Estates Stables Meeting Room, located at 3614 Stable Ridge Lane, Land O’Lakes, Florida 34639.
The meeting will be open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone.
Any meeting may be continued in progress to a date, time, and place approved by the Board on the record at the meeting without additional notice. Copies of meeting agendas and other documents may be obtained during regular business hours from the office of the District Manager located at 5844 Old Pasco Road, Suite 100, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544, by calling the District Manager at 813-994-1001, or by e-mail at [email protected], or on the District website www.lakepadgettisd.org
Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in these meetings is asked to advise the District Office at (813) 994-1001, at least 48 hours before the meetings. Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
