FERRELL; CRESTVIEW HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A MONIQUE HARRIS, are Defendants.
NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ., The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 9th day of September, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, CRESTVIEW HILLS, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 124, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
