NOTICE OF ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE LAND RESERVE STEWARDSHIP DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given to the public of a public meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Land Reserve Stewardship District to elect District officers and conduct other such business which may properly come before the Board. The meeting shall be held at the following date, time and location:

TIME: 11:00 AM
PLACE: Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ruskin-Sun City
226 Teco Rd.
Ruskin, FL 33570

The Board of Supervisors shall convene the public meeting and organize to elect one of their members to serve as president of the Board of Supervisors, and shall elect a secretary, who may or may not be a member of the board. The Board of Supervisors may consider other organizational, administrative or other business of the District.

The Board of Supervisors meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting. A copy of the agenda for the meeting may be obtained from PFM Management Services LLC, 3501 Quadrangle, Blvd., Suite 270, Orlando, Florida 32817, Phone: (407) 723-5900 during normal business hours.

Any person requiring special accommodations to participate in these meetings is asked to contact the District Management office at 407-723-5900 at least 48 hours before the hearing. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 7-1-1 or (800) 955-8770 for aid in contacting the District Management Office.

A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board of Supervisors with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that such person will need a record of the proceedings and that, accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
