NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 29, 2026 in Case No.: 25-CA-008027 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and DAKOTA TAYLOR LOWE, JAMES ARTHUR HICKS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, ABERDEEN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAKOTA TAYLOR LOWE and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES ARTHUR HICKS, are Defendants, the Office of Victor D. Crist, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 10:00 AM on-line at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on September 2, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK 1, JOHNSON POINTE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 137, PAGES 223 THROUGH 226 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
