Embolic Acceleration, LLC (“Debtor”), as debtor-in-possession in Bankr. Case. No. 8:26-bk-01712-LER (M.D. Fla.) gives notice of a proposed sale of substantially all of its assets, including all intellectual property and trademarks for the sum of $1,500,000.00 to BlackSwan Vascular, Inc. (the “Sale”) and deadline for any person or entity claiming an interest or license in the Debtor’s intellectual property (including trademarks) to assert such a claim and to make a 365(n) election (“365(n) Deadline”). Any objection to the Sale must be filed with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division by September 7, 2026 at 5:00 pm. The 365(n) Deadline is September 7, 2026 at 5:00 pm. The Court will conduct a hearing on the Sale on September 9, 2026 at 11:00 am.
