COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, TASHNA MORRIS a/k/a TASHNA GREEN a/k/a TASHNA STUTTS (hereafter Plaintiff), by and through her undersigned counsel, and hereby gives notice that a property partition action on the following property listed below has been instituted in the above action and is now pending in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court of the State of Florida, County of Lee, on May 1, 2026; Case No. 26-CA-2571.
LOTS 1 and 2, BLOCK 3704, UNIT 50, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 155 TO 162, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
More commonly known as: 1828 SW 1st Street, Cape Coral, Florida 33991.
You are required to serve an Answer to this action upon: ADAM J. STEVENS, ESQ., STEVENS LEGAL GROUP, Plaintiff’s counsel, whose address is 4706 Chiquita Boulevard South, PMB 308, Cape Coral, Florida 33914, on or before September 22, 2026, and file the original with the Clerk of this Honorable Court at the Lee County Justice Center, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, either before service on Plaintiff’s counsel or immediately thereafter.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court’s office notified of your current address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the Clerk’s Office.
