NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of August, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25-CA-004663, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and RODNEY TECKENBROCK, AMANDA TECKENBROCK, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND MEADOWS EDGE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are defendants. Kevin C. Karnes as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 17th day of September, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
