Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR CASCADE FUNDING
MORTGAGE TRUST AB2 is the Plaintiff, and JACLYNN WILLOW; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACLYNN WILLOW; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA - DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; LOVERS KEY BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUM, INC.; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Kevin C. Karnes will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on October 1, 2026 at 09:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 605, LOVERS KEY BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1731, AT PAGES 4456 THROUGH 4502, INCLUSIVE, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, AND CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGE 113 THROUGH 117, INCLUSIVE, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
