LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 5312, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 58, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 128 THROUGH 147, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3806 SOUTHWEST 1ST TERRACE, CAPE CORAL, FL 33991
(the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
