Unit R-29, America Outdoors Camper Resort #1, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 1673, Page 2487, and Condominium Plat Book 8, Page 219, and Joinder and Consent of Mortgage recorded in Official Records Book 1750, Page 3795, all of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and subsequently amended, together with all appurtenances thereto appertaining and specified in said Condominium Declaration.
