NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 26-CA-001118 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC, Plaintiff, and LETICIA BARRERA; JORGE BARRERA, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 8th day of October, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 221, UNIT 59, MIRROR LAKES, SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, A SUBDIVISION OF LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, AT PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
