Plaintiff, Steve Shi a/k/a Steven Shi, has filed an action against you in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Case No.: 26-003013-CI. This is an action to quiet title to real property located in Pinellas County, Florida, commonly known as 811 Bay Point Drive, Madeira Beach, FL 33708, and more particularly described as Lot 21, Block 1, Second Addition to Bay Point Estates, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 27, Page(s) 72 and 73, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Kathryn J. Copeland, Esq., Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, 100 2nd Avenue S, Suite 902-S, St. Petersburg, FL 33701, on or before thirty (30) days after the date of first publication of this Notice of Action, which will be published by the Business Observer, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
