NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 17, 2026, in Case No.:25-001620-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein TH MSR HOLDINGS LLC is Plaintiff and STEPHEN W. HALLE and BRIDGET HALLE are Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 10:00 AM on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on September 2, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 1, SHORE ACRES - SECOND REPLAT OF VENICE SECTION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BEING THE SAME WHICH TODD WORMSER AND ANDREA M. WORMSER, HUSBAND AND WIFE BY DEED DATED FEBRUARY 5, 2010 AND RECORDED FEBRUARY 10, 2010 IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA IN (BOOK) 16827 (PAGE) 1481 CONVEYED UNTO STEPHEN W. HALLE AND BRIDGET HALLE, HUSBAND AND WIFE

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
