Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2026, in Case No.: 2025 CC 000252 of the Court in and for Flagler County, Florida, wherein WINDSONG AT FLAGLER BEACH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and CARIN C. MITCHELL, et al., is the Defendant. The Clerk of Court for Flagler County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on September 25, 2026, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Parcel 5C: A portion of Lot 5C and Lot 5D, Windsong Subdivision, as recorded in Map Book 26, Pages 39 and 40, of the Public Records of Flagler County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: Commence at the Northeast corner of Lot 5A; thence South 23 degrees 19’ 26’’ East 69.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue South 23 degrees 19’ 16” East 25.00 feet: thence South 66 degrees 40’ 34” West and parallel to the East line of Lot 5C 103.33 feet; thence North 23 degrees 19’ 26”’ West 25.00 feet to the West Line of Lot 5C; thence North 66 degrees 40’ 34” East along said West line of Lot 5C 103.33 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
