NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 18, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2024-CA-000605 in the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit in and for Flagler County, Florida wherein Michael Zimmerman and Gayle Zimmerman, are Plaintiffs, and the Unknown Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and All Other Parties Claiming by, through, under, or against Victor Clavizzao, deceased; Jacqueline A. Clavizzao; Unknown Tenant No. 1, and Unknown Tenant No. 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://flagler.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions at 11:00 a.m. on the 18th day of September, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lots 6 and 7, Block 23, Pine Grove – Section 25 Palm Coast, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Pages 1 through 19, Public Records of Flagler County, Florida.
