Final Judgment was awarded on August 17, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-003258-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-4, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4 is the Plaintiff, and PETER DISALVO A/K/A PETER C. DISALVO and RICHARD PAGE are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on October 20, 2026 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, FOXBOROUGH FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 115, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
